Jean and I want to thank you and Carla for the ourstanding service we received when we purchased our Toyota Tundra last Thursday - it was unlike any previous auto buying experience we've had! To be quite candid, I was skeptical about the entire Costco Auto Purchase program and how we'd be treated by the dealership; to say I was impressed would be quite an understatement. Both of us felt we were dealt with in a friendly, professional manner and the price we paid for the truck was very fair and, before you ask, I have already recommended both the program and Vancouver Toyota to some of my friends!
Michael, as I mentioned to you while Jean and I were discussing the the possible purchase, I have been a credit executive for over 30 years and Jean worked in Human Resources for over 25 years at Reynolds Metals. The most important aspect of both of our jobs was, and is, a strong commitment to customer service and it is the most important thing we "grade" a company on. With that thought in mind, the respect and service you, Carla and the other folks we met at the dealership provided was superior to anything we've experienced before.
This is the first time we've owned a Toyota and we're very happy with our choice. I can assure you that when we are in the market for another automobile and/or when friends ask for a recommendation, Vancouver Toyota will be the first place we send them.
